Planned programme
The second week of our trip to the West is at Gwyndy Farm on the Llŷn Peninsula, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Many of the villages, beaches and coves of the peninsula lie within 10-12miles of the site…..Aberdaron and the “pointed end” (7m), Abersoch (9m) & Pwllheli (12m). Slightly further afield are Porthmadog Harbour and Steam Railway (24m), Harlech Castle (33m) and if you fancy mountains rather than coast, you can visit Snowdonia & Blaenau Ffestiniog (37m)….maybe take the mountain railway to the summit. The area deserves it’s AONB designation…it’s incredibly scenic, has a great mixture of coast and country and you will be able to relax into a slower pace of life…… https://www.gwyndyfarm.co.uk/
