Planned programme
Having spent a couple of weeks in the West of the country, it’s time for a visit to the East and our get-together here is at Low House Touring Caravan Centre, a few miles from Ipswich. Ipswich is an interesting city with a vibrant waterfront and is only 4 miles from the site.
If you want to visit the Suffolk coast, you have a choice of Aldeburgh to the north (24m), Felixtowe in the centre (9m) and the areas around Walton on the Naze and Clacton-on-Sea (around 30m) to the south. The area is steeped in wildlife with various Bird Sanctuaries and Wildlife parks, including the one at Jimmy’s Farm (7m), the latter as shown on TV on a regular basis.
